清明前後正逢青梅量產上市，也是醃製梅子的好時間；約六分熟的梅子最適合醃製成口感酸甜爽脆的脆梅。但脆梅製作過程有些繁複，需要時間等待熟成；但其中用鹽去青、敲拍梅子或裝罐等步驟，都相當適合爸媽帶著孩子一起搓揉、敲打、裝填，也可以讓孩子觀察梅子醃漬的變化。.....摘自信誼網路
